We offer a variety of yoga styles to suit all levels, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Power Yoga, Restorative, and Yin Yoga. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, we have a class for you!

No prior experience is required! We offer classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors will guide you through the poses and modifications, so you can feel comfortable at your own pace.

All you need is a mat, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle. We have mats available for rent if you don’t have your own, and we encourage you to arrive a little early to get settled in.

You can easily sign up for classes through our website or by using our mobile app. We recommend booking in advance to reserve your spot, especially for popular classes.

We offer prenatal yoga and can accommodate most medical conditions. However, we encourage you to check with your healthcare provider before attending class and inform the instructor about any specific needs or limitations.
We ask that you cancel at least 4 hours before the start of class to avoid a late cancellation fee. If you need to cancel, you can do so easily through our website or telephone.
